Wee1 kinase complex with inhibitor PD352396

The structure was published by Smaill, J.B., Lee, H.H., Palmer, B.D., et al., Kraker, A., Hook, K., and Denny, W.A., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Synthesis and structure-activity relationships of soluble 8-substituted 4-(2-chlorophenyl)-9-hydroxypyrrolo[3,4-c]carbazole-1,3(2H,6H)-diones as inhibitors of the Wee1 and Chk1 checkpoint kinases." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2007.
