The structure was published by Lew, E.D., Bae, J.H., Rohmann, E., Wollnik, B., and Schlessinger, J., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Structural basis for reduced FGFR2 activity in LADD syndrome: Implications for FGFR autoinhibition and activation." (abstract).
