Crystal structure of human PI3K-gamma in complex with CH5132799
The structure was published by Ohwada, J., Ebiike, H., Kawada, H., et al., Ogawa, K., Aoki, Y., and Shimma, N., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Discovery and biological activity of a novel class I PI3K inhibitor, CH5132799" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.544 Å and deposited in 2010.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
