The structure was published by Kanagawa, M., Baba, S., Ebihara, A., et al., Kuramitsu, S., Sampei, G., and Kawai, G., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Structures of hypoxanthine-guanine phosphoribosyltransferase (TTHA0220) from Thermus thermophilus HB8." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.16 Å and deposited in 2009.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
