Crystal structure of an antiflamatory legume lectin from Cymbosema roseum seeds

The structure was published by Rocha, B.A., Delatorre, P., Oliveira, T.M., et al., de Azevedo, W.F., Sampaio, A.H., and Cavada, B.S., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Structural basis for both pro- and anti-inflammatory response induced by mannose-specific legume lectin from Cymbosema roseum" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.8 Å and deposited in 2009.
