Complex Structure of Insulin-like Growth Factor Receptor and Isoquinolinedione Inhibitor

The structure was published by Mayer, S.C., Banker, A.L., Boschelli, F., et al., Tkach, D., Tsou, H.R., and Xu, W., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Lead identification to generate isoquinolinedione inhibitors of insulin-like growth factor receptor (IGF-1R) for potential use in cancer treatment" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2008.
