Crystal structure of archaeal O-phosphoseryl-tRNA(Sec) selenium transferase (SepSecS)

The structure was published by Araiso, Y., Palioura, S., Ishitani, R., et al., Defranco, J., Soll, D., and Nureki, O., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Structural insights into RNA-dependent eukaryal and archaeal selenocysteine formation." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.5 Å and deposited in 2007.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
