The structure was published by Son, S.Y., Ma, J., Kondou, Y., Yoshimura, M., Yamashita, E., and Tsukihara, T., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Structure of human monoamine oxidase A at 2.2-A resolution: The control of opening the entry for substrates/inhibitors" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.17 Å and deposited in 2007.
