Transmission defective mutant of Grapevine Fanleaf virus

The structure was published by Schellenberger, P., Sauter, C., Lorber, B., et al., Lemaire, O., Demangeat, G., and Ritzenthaler, C., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Structural Insights Into Viral Determinants of Nematode Mediated Grapevine Fanleaf Virus Transmission." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.7 Å and deposited in 2010.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
