PROTEIN KINASE PIM-1 IN COMPLEX WITH FRAGMENT-2 FROM CRYSTALLOGRAPHIC FRAGMENT SCREEN

The structure was published by Schulz, M.N., Fanghanel, J., Schafer, M., et al., Nguyen, D., Husemann, M., and Hillig, R.C., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Crystallographic Fragment Screen Identifies Cinnamic Acid Derivatives as Starting Points for Potent Pim-1 Inhibitors" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2010.
