CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF TGFBRI COMPLEXED WITH AN INDOLINONE INHIBITOR

The structure was published by Roth, G.J., Heckel, A., Brandl, T., et al., Mennerich, D., Schnapp, A., and Park, J.E., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Design, Synthesis and Evaluation of Indolinones as Inhibitors of the Transforming Growth Factor Beta Receptor I (Tgfbri)" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.7 Å and deposited in 2010.
