AURORA-A BOUND TO AN INHIBITOR

The structure was published by Bavetsias, V., Large, J.M., Sun, C., et al., Blagg, J., Linardopoulos, S., and Mcdonald, E., in 2010 in a paper entitled "Imidazo[4,5-B]Pyridine Derivatives as Inhibitors of Aurora Kinases: Lead Optimization Studies Toward the Identification of an Orally Bioavailable Preclinical Development Candidate." (abstract).
