THE CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF THE MURINE CLASS IA PI 3-KINASE P110DELTA IN COMPLEX WITH INK666.
The structure was published by Berndt, A., Miller, S., Williams, O., et al., Shokat, K.M., Shaw, J.P., and Williams, R.L., in 2010 in a paper entitled "The P110D Structure: Mechanisms for Selectivity and Potency of New Pi(3)K Inhibitors" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.9 Å and deposited in 2009.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
The PDB entry contains the structure of PHOSPHATIDYLINOSITOL-4,5-BISPHOSPHATE 3-KINASE CATALYTIC SUBUNIT DELTA ISOFORM. This molecule has the UniProt identifier O35904 (PK3CD_MOUSE). The sample contained 940 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 940 residues 834 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.
It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.
The molecule is most likely monomeric.
