Human carbonic anhydrase II in complex with bicarbonate

The structure was published by Sjoblom, B., Polentarutti, M., and Djinovic-Carugo, K., in 2009 in a paper entitled "Structural Study of X-Ray Induced Activation of Carbonic Anhydrase." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.66 Å and deposited in 2008.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
