hPPARgamma Ligand binding domain in complex with 4-oxoDHA

The structure was published by Itoh, T., Fairall, L., Amin, K., et al., Nagy, L., Yamamoto, K., and Schwabe, J.W.R., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Structural Basis for the Activation of Ppargamma by Oxidized Fatty Acids." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.85 Å and deposited in 2008.
