hPPARgamma Ligand binding domain in complex with DHA

The structure was published by Itoh, T., Fairall, L., Amin, K., et al., Nagy, L., Yamamoto, K., and Schwabe, J.W.R., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Structural Basis for the Activation of Pparg by Oxidised Fatty Acids" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.55 Å and deposited in 2008.
