STRUCTURAL AND BIOCHEMICAL EVIDENCE FOR A BOAT-LIKE TRANSITION STATE IN BETA-MANNOSIDASES

The structure was published by Tailford, L.E., Offen, W.A., Smith, N.L., et al., Vasella, A., Gilbert, H.J., and Davies, G.J., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Structural and Biochemical Evidence for a Boat-Like Transition State in Beta-Mannosidases." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.9 Å and deposited in 2008.
