CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF CHLAMYDOMONAS REINHARDTII RUBISCO WITH A LARGE-SUBUNIT C172S MUTATION

The structure was published by Garcia-Murria, M.-J., Karkehabadi, S., Marin-Navarro, J., et al., Andersson, I., Spreitzer, R.J., and Moreno, J., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Structural and Functional Consequences of the Replacement of Proximal Residues Cys-172 and Cys-192 in the Large Subunit of Ribulose 1,5-Bisphosphate Carboxylase/Oxygenase from Chlamydomonas Reinhardtii" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.3 Å and deposited in 2007.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
