The structure was published by Brown, J., Delaine, C., Zaccheo, O.J., et al., Hassan, A.B., Forbes, B.E., and Jones, E.Y., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Structure and Functional Analysis of the Igf-II/Igf2R Interaction" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 4.1 Å and deposited in 2007.
