CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF HUMAN CDK2 COMPLEXED WITH A THIAZOLIDINONE INHIBITOR

The structure was published by Richardson, C.M., Nunns, C.L., Williamson, D.S., et al., Simmonite, H., Surgenor, A.E., and Torrance, C.J., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Discovery of a Potent Cdk2 Inhibitor with a Novel Binding Mode, Using Virtual Screening and Initial, Structure-Guided Lead Scoping." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2007.
