Crystal structures of cyclophilin A complexed with cyclosporin A and N-methyl-4-[(E)-2-butenyl]-4,4-dimethylthreonine cyclosporin A

The structure was published by Ke, H., Mayrose, D., Belshaw, P.J., et al., Etzkorn, F.A., Ho, S., and Walsh, C.T., in 1994 in a paper entitled "Crystal Structures of Cyclophilin a Complexed with Cyclosporin a and N-Methyl-4-[(E)-2-Butenyl]-4,4-Dimethylthreonine Cyclosporin A." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.1 Å and deposited in 1994.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
