The Structure of rat cytosolic PEPCK in complex with sulfoacetate.

The structure was published by Stiffin, R.M., Sullivan, S.M., Carlson, G.M., and Holyoak, T., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Differential Inhibition of Cytosolic PEPCK by Substrate Analogues. Kinetic and Structural Characterization of Inhibitor Recognition." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.8 Å and deposited in 2007.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
