X-ray structure of SU11274 bound to c-Met
The structure was published by Bellon, S.F., Kaplan-Lefko, P., Yang, Y., et al., Tasker, A., Burgess, T.L., and Dussault, I., in 2008 in a paper entitled "c-Met inhibitors with novel binding mode show activity against several hereditary papillary renal cell carcinoma-related mutations." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.2 Å and deposited in 2007.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
The PDB entry contains the structure of Hepatocyte growth factor receptor. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P08581 (MET_HUMAN). The sample contained 310 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 310 residues 261 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.
It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.
The molecule is most likely monomeric.
