Crystal Structure of Chek1 in Complex with Inhibitor 54

The structure was published by Garbaccio, R.M., Huang, S., Tasber, E.S., et al., Lobell, R., Sepp-Lorenzino, L., and Hartman, G.D., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Synthesis and evaluation of substituted benzoisoquinolinones as potent inhibitors of Chk1 kinase." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.9 Å and deposited in 2007.
