Human EphA3 kinase domain, phosphorylated, AMP-PNP bound structure

The structure was published by Davis, T.L., Walker, J.R., Loppnau, P., Butler-Cole, C., Allali-Hassani, A., and Dhe-Paganon, S., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Autoregulation by the Juxtamembrane Region of the Human Ephrin Receptor Tyrosine Kinase A3 (EphA3)." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.25 Å and deposited in 2007.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.

The PDB entry contains the structure of Ephrin receptor. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P29320 (EPHA3_HUMAN)search. The sample contained 344 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 344 residues 283 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.

It also contains one or more heterogenic compounds (e.g., ligands, co-factors, ions, modified amino acids, etc.); see here for a complete list.

The molecule is most likely monomeric.
