Protein kinase CK2 in complex with DBC
The structure was published by Chilin, A., Battistutta, R., Bortolato, A., et al., Pinna, L.A., Meggio, F., and Moro, S., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Coumarin as attractive casein kinase 2 (CK2) inhibitor scaffold: an integrate approach to elucidate the putative binding motif and explain structure-activity relationships." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.85 Å and deposited in 2007.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
