Estrogen receptor alpha ligand-binding domain complxed to a benzopyran ligand

The structure was published by Richardson, T.I., Dodge, J.A., Durst, G.L., et al., Durbin, J.D., Krishnan, V., and Norman, B.H., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Benzopyrans as selective estrogen receptor beta agonists (SERBAs). Part 3: synthesis of cyclopentanone and cyclohexanone intermediates for C-ring modification." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.95 Å and deposited in 2007.
