The crystal structure of the human carbonic anhydrase II in complex with 4-amino-6-chloro-benzene-1,3-disulfonamide

The structure was published by Alterio, V., De Simone, G., Monti, S.M., Scozzafava, A., and Supuran, C.T., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Carbonic anhydrase inhibitors: Inhibition of human, bacterial, and archaeal isozymes with benzene-1,3-disulfonamides-Solution and crystallographic studies." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.6 Å and deposited in 2007.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
