The structure was published by Islam, I., Bryant, J., Chou, Y.L., et al., Zhu, D., Feldman, R.I., and Arnaiz, D.O., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Indolinone based phosphoinositide-dependent kinase-1 (PDK1) inhibitors. Part 1: Design, synthesis and biological activity." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.14 Å and deposited in 2007.
