Structure of IGF-1R kinase domain complexed with a benzimidazole inhibitor

The structure was published by Velaparthi, U., Wittman, M., Liu, P., et al., Langley, D.R., Balasubramanian, B., and Vyas, D., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Discovery and initial SAR of 3-(1H-benzo[d]imidazol-2-yl)pyridin-2(1H)-ones as inhibitors of insulin-like growth factor 1-receptor (IGF-1R)." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2007.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
