The structure was published by DiMauro, E.F., Newcomb, J., Nunes, J.J., et al., Zhao, H., Zhu, L., and Zhu, X., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Discovery of Aminoquinazolines as Potent, Orally Bioavailable Inhibitors of Lck: Synthesis, SAR, and in Vivo Anti-Inflammatory Activity" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.3 Å and deposited in 2007.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was not deposited.
