Crystal structure of the S810L mutant mineralocorticoid receptor associated with SC9420

The structure was published by Huyet, J., Pinon, G.M., Fay, M.R., Fagart, J., and Rafestin-Oblin, M.E., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Structural basis of spirolactone recognition by the mineralocorticoid receptor" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.29 Å and deposited in 2006.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
