Structure of OHCU decarboxylase in complex with guanine

The structure was published by Cendron, L., Berni, R., Folli, C., Ramazzina, I., Percudani, R., and Zanotti, G., in 2007 in a paper entitled "The structure of 2-oxo-4-hydroxy-4-carboxy-5-ureidoimidazoline decarboxylase provides insights into the mechanism of uric acid degradation." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.8 Å and deposited in 2006.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
