Structure of inhibitor binding to Carbonic Anhydrase II

The structure was published by Srivastava, D.K., Jude, K.M., Banerjee, A.L., et al., Kooren, J., Mallik, S., and Christianson, D.W., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Structural Analysis of Charge Discrimination in the Binding of Inhibitors to Human Carbonic Anhydrases I and II." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.2 Å and deposited in 2006.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
