Solution structure of UCHL1 S18Y variant
The structure was published by Tse, H., Sze, K., and Hu, H., in in a paper entitled "Backbone and side-chain (1)H, (15)N and (13)C resonance assignments of S18Y mutant of ubiquitin carboxy-terminal hydrolase L1" (abstract).
The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 2011.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
The PDB entry contains the structure of Ubiquitin carboxyl-terminal hydrolase isozyme L1. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P09936 (UCHL1_HUMAN). The sample contained 231 residues which is 100% of the natural sequence. Out of 231 residues 231 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.
The molecule is most likely monomeric.
