Solution structure of a bacterial cyclic nucleotide-activated K+ channel binding domain in the unliganded state
The structure was published by Schunke, S., Stoldt, M., Lecher, J., Kaupp, U.B., and Willbold, D., in 2011 in a paper entitled "Structural insights into conformational changes of a cyclic nucleotide-binding domain in solution from Mesorhizobium loti K1 channel." (abstract).
The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 2010.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
