Calcium-free rat alpha-parvalbumin
The structure was published by Henzl, M.T. and Tanner, J.J., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Solution structure of Ca2+-free rat alpha-parvalbumin" (abstract).
The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 2007.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
The PDB entry contains the structure of Parvalbumin alpha. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P02625 (PRVA_RAT). The sample contained 109 residues which is 99% of the natural sequence. Out of 109 residues 109 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.
The molecule is most likely monomeric.
