Solution structure of second SH3 domain of adaptor Nck
The structure was published by Hake, M.J., Choowongkomon, K., Kostenko, O., Carlin, C.R., and Sonnichsen, F.D., in 2008 in a paper entitled "Specificity determinants of a novel Nck interaction with the juxtamembrane domain of the epidermal growth factor receptor." (abstract).
The structure was determined using NMR spectroscopy and deposited in 2007.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
The PDB entry contains the structure of Cytoplasmic protein NCK1. This molecule has the UniProt identifier P16333 (NCK1_HUMAN). The sample contained 61 residues which is < 90% of the natural sequence. Out of 61 residues 61 were observed and are deposited in the PDB.
The molecule is most likely monomeric.
