STRUCTURE OF AURORA-2 IN COMPLEX WITH PHA-680626
The structure was published by Fancelli, D., Moll, J., Varasi, M., et al., Tonani, R., Zugnoni, P., and Vianello, P., in 2006 in a paper entitled "1,4,5,6-Tetrahydropyrrolo[3,4-C]Pyrazoles: Identification of a Potent Aurora Kinase Inhibitor with a Favorable Antitumor Kinase Inhibition Profile." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.0 Å and deposited in 2006.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
