CRYSTAL STRUCTURE OF EGFR KINASE DOMAIN G719S MUTATION IN COMPLEX WITH AEE788
The structure was published by Yun, C.-H., Boggon, T.J., Li, Y., et al., Greulich, H., Meyerson, M., and Eck, M.J., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Structures of Lung Cancer-Derived Egfr Mutants and Inhibitor Complexes: Mechanism of Activation and Insights Into Differential Inhibitor Sensitivity" (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.74 Å and deposited in 2006.
