Structure of the extracellular segment of human TRKA in complex with nerve growth factor

The structure was published by Wehrman, T., He, X., Raab, B., Dukipatti, A., Blau, H., and Garcia, K.C., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Structural and mechanistic insights into nerve growth factor interactions with the TrkA and p75 receptors." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.4 Å and deposited in 2006.
