cFMS tyrosine kinase (tie2 KID) in complex with an arylamide inhibitor
The structure was published by Schubert, C., Schalk-Hihi, C., Struble, G.T., et al., Player, M.R., Spurlino, J.C., and Springer, B.A., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Crystal structure of the tyrosine kinase domain of colony-stimulating factor-1 receptor (cFMS) in complex with two inhibitors." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.8 Å and deposited in 2006.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
