Abl kinase domain in complex with NVP-AFG210
The structure was published by Cowan-Jacob, S.W., Fendrich, G., Floersheimer, A., et al., Centeleghe, M., Fabbro, D., and Manley, P.W., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Structural biology contributions to the discovery of drugs to treat chronic myelogenous leukaemia." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.7 Å and deposited in 2006.
The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
