Carbonic anhydrase activators: Solution and X-ray crystallography for the interaction of andrenaline with various carbonic anhydrase isoforms

The structure was published by Temperini, C., Innocenti, A., Scozzafava, A., Mastrolorenzo, A., and Supuran, C.T., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Carbonic anhydrase activators: L-Adrenaline plugs the active site entrance of isozyme II, activating better isoforms I, IV, VA, VII, and XIV." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 1.9 Å and deposited in 2006.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
