Reaction centre from Rhodobacter sphaeroides strain R-26.1 complexed with dibrominated phosphatidylserine

The structure was published by Roszak, A.W., Gardiner, A.T., Isaacs, N.W., and Cogdell, R.J., in 2007 in a paper entitled "Brominated Lipids Identify Lipid Binding Sites on the Surface of the Reaction Center from Rhodobacter sphaeroides." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 3.0 Å and deposited in 2006.
