Crystal Structure of the EphB2 Receptor Kinase domain in complex with ADP

The structure was published by Wiesner, S., Wybenga-Groot, L.E., Warner, N., et al., Pawson, T., Forman-Kay, J.D., and Sicheri, F., in 2006 in a paper entitled "A change in conformational dynamics underlies the activation of Eph receptor tyrosine kinases" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.6 Å and deposited in 2006.
