Catalytic and ubiqutin-associated domains of MARK1/PAR-1

The structure was published by Marx, A., Nugoor, C., Mueller, J., et al., Svergun, D.I., Mandelkow, E.-M., and Mandelkow, E., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Structural variations in the catalytic and ubiquitin-associated domains of microtubule-associated protein/microtubule affinity regulating kinase (MARK) 1 and MARK2" (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.6 Å and deposited in 2006.

The experimental data on which the structure is based was also deposited.
