Apoenzyme crystal structure of the tuberculosis serine/threonine kinase, PknE

The structure was published by Gay, L.M., Ng, H.L., and Alber, T., in 2006 in a paper entitled "A Conserved Dimer and Global Conformational Changes in the Structure of apo-PknE Ser/Thr Protein Kinase from Mycobacterium tuberculosis." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.8 Å and deposited in 2006.
