Structural studies of protein tyrosine phosphatase beta catalytic domain in complex with inhibitors

The structure was published by Amarasinghe, K.K., Evdokimov, A.G., Xu, K., et al., Pokross, M.E., Gray, J.L., and Peters, K.G., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Design and synthesis of potent, non-peptidic inhibitors of HPTPbeta." (abstract).

This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.3 Å and deposited in 2006.
