The structure was published by Joshi, H.K., Etzkorn, C., Chatwell, L., Bitinaite, J., and Horton, N.C., in 2006 in a paper entitled "Alteration of Sequence Specificity of the Type II Restriction Endonuclease HincII through an Indirect Readout Mechanism." (abstract).
This crystal structure was determined using X-ray diffraction at a resolution of 2.6 Å and deposited in 2006.
